He is Doctor of Medicine and Surgery by profession, specialised in Tropical and Infectious Diseases
Dr. Rutto serves as The President of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and
Industry - KNCCI doubling up as Chairperson International Conference on the Great Lakes Region
(ICGLR) - Private Sector Forum after he was elected by twelve member states in Zambia, November
2023. In his capacity, he actively promotes and safeguards the commercial and industrial
interests of the Business Community in Kenya and ICGLR member countries. He plays a
