Nderitu is an Advocate of the High court of Kenya since 2011 and Partner in charge of dispute resolution at Mbiriri Ngugi & Co Advocates. He has trained with AILA, London in Investment Treaty Law and Arbitration and is currently pursuing an LLM in International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University of London He is a Director of the National Committee, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Kenya Chapter. He is a certified Arbitrator, accredited as a Mediator by CIArb and the Mediation Accreditation Committee (MAC) of the Judiciary of Kenya. He is a tutor and examiner of Arbitration and mediation. Nderitu is amember of the Law Society of Kenya, East Africa Law Society, Young ICCA and ICC YAF. He is also a member of the Judiciary of Kenya Taskforce on Alternative Justice Systems and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection Taskforce on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
