Ms. Ngeresa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with more than 12 years’ experience in legal practice. She was admitted to the bar in December 2011. Her credentials include Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi, a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law and a Member (MCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kenya and London. She is also a Certified Mediator having undertaken her training with the Mediation Training Institute EA. Upon graduation from Law school, Ms. Ngeresa trained as an advocate in the Chambers of Makhecha & Gitonga Advocates which then specialized in civil-commercial litigation and conveyancing. Upon her admission to the bar, Ms. Ngeresa joined the law firm of P.K. Kamau & Co Advocates. In the latter firm, Ms. Ngeresa was tasked with a raft of matters from civil-commercial litigation to corporate and conveyancing. In the year 2012, Ms. Ngeresa joined the law firm of Lubulellah & Associates Advocates as an associate advocate attached to its litigation department.
