Daniel Sacho Cherono is a Civil Engineer, and dispute resolution expert. He has extensive knowledge in the construction industry, having served in the private and public sector in a career spanning over 20 years. He is adept in engineering and construction field covering all aspects of the project cycle including initiation, planning, design, documentation, procurement, financing, supervision, and maintenance. He has participated in arbitration and dispute boards both as a neutral and party representative. He is registered by the Engineer’s Board of Kenya as Consulting Engineer. He is Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and a Master of Laws in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication. At present, he is director responsible for maintenance of roads at the Kenya National Highways Authority.
